The Kathillion is the most north-westerly island in the elven isles. Kathillion was a high-elf nation that was destroyed by the Elder Dragon Rothgar in 364SA. The elven people have made several attempts to rebuild their shattered cities over the last three thousand years but invasions by Saith, Jotun and Shadow Elves have halted them in their tracks.
The island has no centralised government and war between the various races continues year after year.
